Forks used in cup instant noodles are multifaceted and easy to wind and cross because of their shape. It is difficult to separate in the state of the whole pile. Equipment stability and cross-cutting accuracy is really hard to achieve. To deal with these problems, our technical team has spared no effort to develop the fork dispenser machine ST-500TC. This machine has achieved automation of allotting forks one by one. What’s more, the ST-500TC obtained the national invention patents.

Main parts introduction
Separation delivery system
The main or associate separation delivery machine uses centrifugal force to separate the forks and put them in order. Remove the forks that get too tight or overlaps and deliver to the "Dosing Assignment" system.
Material collection and allocation system
Material collection and allocation system is a device to collect and allocate forks. It includes boxes storage device and forks allocation device.
Forks feeding pipe
The forks feed pipe contains two parts: the class 1 feed pipe and the class 1 caching device, the class 2 feed pipe and the class 2 caching device.
Control System
The control system uses international well-known brands, such as real-time dynamic response sensor, high-precision servo controller, intelligent programmable controller and friendly man-machine interface providing reliable protection for the stability of the entire system. The optional communication interface facilitates business background data control and big data analysis, providing effective help for enterprise decision-making.
